great helpful staff, wonderful buffet breakfast!

The bed was two matresses put together, not one large matress. The pool, sauna and spa (which were our main attractions) were out of order and the price of the room was not subsidised accordingly.

my stay was too short, however, i liked the friendly welcoming staff.

I did not like that the rooms are not very sound proof and noise carrys from the hallway / life entrances. The room I was in did not havea proper place to put my suitcase on which was a bit of a hassle.

I had a fantastic stay where the breakfast was amazing with delicious gluten-free options and the staff really went out of their way to make us feel comfortable after an initial hiccup with the hot water in our room, showing true hospitality and care for their guests.
